Questions, answered
Is it legal to publish virtually staged photos?+
Yes, when they are disclosed. Many MLSs and laws like California AB 723 require a clear label and access to the original photo. We add the label and keep the original linked by default.
Will the AI change walls, windows or floors?+
Not in the default MLS-safe mode. It only adds or replaces movable furniture and decor. A separate, clearly labelled renovation mode exists for proposals.
What counts as a photo?+
One credit is one processed photo at 2K. Your first re-render of each photo is free, and failed generations are refunded automatically.
Do you use my photos to train AI models?+
No. Photos are processed by our AI providers under paid-tier terms that exclude training, and you can delete them at any time.
How do I cancel?+
